The Building and Grounds Ministry Team is dedicated to preserving and maintaining the earthly possessions God has entrusted to Sanibel Community Church. The church campus, church owned vehicles and two manses where ministry staff and families reside are overseen for the purpose of repairs, maintenance and upkeep.
The team led by Matt Kirchner coordinates with the staff Custodian and Church Administrator, providing oversight for the Brown Baggers, annual department budget and the church’s property and casualty insurance program.
