Bobby serves as the worship pastor at SCC. Originally from Nebraska, he came to faith in Jesus at age nineteen through reading the Bible, which gave rise to a lasting hunger for Scripture and the life of the local church. He went on to serve for a decade on staff at Overland Hills Church in worship ministry and pastoral leadership before completing a Master of Divinity at Bethlehem College & Seminary.
Bobby is a rare combination of pastor, theologian, and musician. A multi-instrumentalist with piano as his primary instrument, he brings extensive experience in arranging, accompanying, and recording across a wide range of musical styles. He also toured on keyboards with the Grammy-winning band Mannheim Steamroller. This blend of theological training, pastoral experience, and professional musicianship uniquely shapes his approach to worship ministry.
Bobby and his wife Sarah have four children. As a family, they enjoy hiking, being goofy, and devouring orange crunch cake from The Bubble Room.
