Mike Bugler was born in London. He left school at 17 pursuing a career in banking/foreign exchange. At 23 he joined Hallmark Cards UK. After a short retirement in his mid-50’s he became CEO of a retail operation of 800 stores, eventually retiring in 2009. He married his ‘Bride’ Sharon in 1997. Mike has a son from a previous marriage who lives in the UK with his partner and their two grandsons. Mike and Sharon became American citizens in 2011.
